Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We ship to the EU and worldwide via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

EU/EEA Estimated Delivery Times:

• Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria): 7–12 business days
• Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 10–16 business days
• Nordic/Northern EU (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 10–14 business days
• Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia): 12–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU and international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these fees.

Note: As of July 1, 2021, the EU VAT exemption for low-value goods has been removed. All goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT at the point of sale or import.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. International tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@HookedOnWaterFitness.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
